Why
does the student need to register first?
If
the student is not registered then when the customer enters the student's name
and/or email address they will get a message saying, "Registration is not
recognized". So, you must register first in order for your customers to make
purchases and give you credit for the sale.

How
do I find out my school ID?
You
may call Customer Service for this information. Your school should also have
this information available for you on your parent letter.
|
|
|
Why
do you need my password and how do I get one?
When
registering as a Student/parent you will be asked to create a password
specifically used only when going to your student home page. We are not asking
for your computer or email password. You will be required to enter this
password when accessing your home page at any time.

I
did not get a copy of an order confirmation or I could not get it to print. How
do I get a copy of it?
If
you do not get a copy of an order confirmation please let Customer Service know
by phone or email by clicking the link "Contact Us".
You may also email your friends and family and have them send you a copy
of their order notification. Also, check the student sales report and make sure
the sale is being reflected appropriately.

How
do the online sales get credited for prizes?
You
need to print the confirmations as outlined in the Student/parent letter sent
home with the fundraising materials.

Every
time I try to register my child it tells me my email address is not valid. What
am I doing wrong?
Your
email address is not recognized as a standard format for email addresses. If
your email has any symbols or too many periods in the extension we do have
trouble recognizing it as a valid email address.

Our
recommendation is if you have a free web email account such as yahoo, msn, hot
mail, etc. you may want to use it. These are recognized with no problem.

I
missed the deadline for the fundraiser. Will I still get the credit?
Even
though this year's fundraiser has come to an end, remember the school still
receives credit for the order.

May
I browse the catalogs with out making a purchase?
You
may browse by going into the online store . You will be prompted for the school
ID and the child's information. This will take you into the store. Click on any
catalog for viewing the available merchandise.. You may go back in at a more
convenient time to shop.

How
do I close my shopping cart?
After
you process your order you will receive online screen verification. At the
bottom of this page is a close button. Click that button do not hit back or the
credit card could be charged again. It is recommended you close your browser
down after hitting close.

How
do I know this site is actually secure?
When
making a purchase and the site asks you if you want to pay with credit card. At
that moment you are being routed to our credit card processor's site
(Verisign). You will note the URL or web address changes to
https://www.4schoolsonline.com. This means you have moved to the secure site at
Verisign. Your credit card information is not actually on our site at that
point. Therefore, no one can see your credit card information.

Why
was my order not processed?
If
you want to place an order on http://www.4schoolsonline.com you must have your
cookies and JavaScript enabled in your web browser. If you need instructions to
do this please call our Customer Service Department and we will be glad to walk
you through the process. Some older computers may not be compatible.
If
you still cannot complete the ordering process please call us and we will be
glad to place the order for you.

How
do I make corrections on my orders?
You
cannot make corrections online. You may email your correction to Customer
Service by going to the "contact us" link on the website. We will be glad to
make the correction for you.

What
is the processing fee when placing an order by credit and debit card?
Anytime
an order is placed with any e-commerce site there is a processing fee. The
credit card processor charges this fee. We use Verisign as our processor, so do
the majority of e-commerce websites. This fee is to cover your credit card
company's charges, your bank fees for processing, our bank fees for processing,
etc. This fee is charged for every online order.

No,
this fee is non refundable.
